The team at Schultz Wiskin Incorporated pride themselves on having an exceptional work ethic and are committed to providing their clients with the best possible service and case outcomes. This ethos is the basis upon which Schultz Wiskin Incorporated was established in 2009 and remains a core driver for the practice from partnership level to support staff.
As a result of the company’s impeccable track record, it is currently the preferred law firm of a number of high-profile corporate clients. In respect of Legal Recoveries, it is the service provider for a number of Blue-Chip companies, as well as companies with smaller recovery books. The Company’s focus is on high volume and low-cost recovery – our clients provide us with bulk recoveries, and we emphasise expedient judgements and low-cost recovery.
We have signed Service Level Agreements with all of our clients. We perform within the parameters required of us and all fees are levied in terms of a set fee structure. In respect of the parameters in which we operate and in terms of the Service Level Agreements, we have developed systems and specialised management reports that we are able to provide to our clients as and when required.
Building upon our success in Johannesburg, we’re expanding our presence into the City of Cape Town to better serve our clients and further our commitment to providing exceptional legal services. We look forward to continuing to deliver excellence and building strong relationships in this vibrant community.

Our Mission & Vision
Schultz Wiskin Incorporated is the realisation by three senior attorneys, Peter Schultz, Lori Wiskin and Marcia Palm. They believe corporate clients in the modern recovery’s arena require a law firm that is solution based.
The Directors and Consultants insist that a law firm must not only render the excellent service to its clients, but it must be a practice within which the Directors remain personally involved in the day to day operations. We believe this commitment to service will ensure that our clients’ needs and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
The Directors and staff of the practice have many years’ experience. They bring with them the fundamental qualities of inter alia client focus, legal skill, resources and team orientation. These virtues have already proven successful as the firm grows from strength to strength and is ever expanding in response to our clients’ needs.

This rating was assessed and awarded in terms of the Codes of Good Practice for Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. The firm believes in assisting and uplifting the less fortunate within our community, and in this regard our firm performs pro bono work, by assisting less fortunate individuals who are unable to afford legal assistance.
